To me, sales is more than a career, it’s a passion. I’ve been doing it (professionally) for over 15 years now and everyday is a new adventure.
If you’re reading this then I imagine you feel pretty similar at times. You know the good times are great, and the bad times are horrible.
You are well beyond the basics that a new rep has yet to discover. You’re a pro. You need to know the tactical and strategic moves you can make to close that million dollar deal.
That’s where I come in.
To give you a brief history of my experience, I’ve been in sales for over 15 years serving in every capacity there is in sales. I’ve been an Admin, Support, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Accounts. I’ve even dipped my toes in the marketing aspects of sales.
I’ve been professionally trained in various sales methodologies, my favorite being the Sandler Selling System.
I also have numerous awards under my belt including Presidents Club, Circle of Excellence, and Killer Closer. The names vary but these are the awards reserved for the top tiered sales reps in the company.
I’ve also been featured as a judge for the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Sales Pro Blog is meant to be a repository of all my knowledge and experience in sales. My goal is to share my expertise to help others be more successful in sales.
